Do you enjoy meeting people and want to help families feel supported and connected? Join us as a Family Champion at Northumberland’s Family Hubs!

What you’ll do: Welcome families and make them feel at home in the hub. Share information about groups, sessions, and local services. Help parents access activities and overcome barriers to support. Assist with community events and provide feedback to improve services.

What we’re looking for: Friendly, approachable, and non-judgmental people. Passion for supporting families, children, and young people. Good communication and listening skills.
