Do you enjoy meeting people and want to help families feel supported and connected? Join us as a Family Champion at Northumberland’s Family Hubs!

What you’ll do:

• Welcome families and make them feel at home in the hub.
• Share information about groups, sessions, and local services.
• Help parents access activities and overcome barriers to support.
• Assist with community events and provide feedback to improve services.

What we’re looking for:

• Friendly, approachable, and non-judgmental people.
• Passion for supporting families, children, and young people.
• Good communication and listening skills.

What you’ll gain:
