Marketing Distribution Volunteer at The Living Barracks

What the role will involve

In this role, you will be promoting the exciting cultural and heritage programme produced by the Living Barracks. Working closely with Living Barracks members of staff and volunteers, you will be monitoring, organising, and/or delivering print materials.

This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience in marketing/distribution and to play a vital role in sharing Berwick’s history and culture to a wider audience.

Activities will be based either in the offices at the Berwick Barracks or walking/travelling around Berwick-upon-Tweed. If you own a car, you may be asked to travel to locations within 30 minutes from Berwick town centre.

With support and training from Living Barracks staff, you will:

• Collate materials for distribution, such as photos, flyers and information packs
• Pack envelopes with marketing materials
• Deliver marketing materials, such as flyers, posters and information packs, to properties in Berwick
