Join the Team: Help Shape Care in Northumberland

What you’ll be doing

As a volunteer, you are our eyes and ears in the community. You’ll help us by:

• Listening: Chatting with people at local venues and wellbeing events to hear about their experiences with the NHS and social care.
• Sharing: Passing those stories back to us so we can champion better services.
• Helping: Signposting people to the right local support (we’ll provide all the resources you need).

Why you’ll love volunteering with us

• Total Flexibility: Volunteer as much or as little as you like- on a regular basis or for one-off events. Some tasks can even be done from the comfort of your own home!
• No Experience Needed: Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just starting out, we’ll provide all the training. If you do have a special interest or skill, let us know- we’d love to use it!
• Never Fly Solo: You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team. You won’t have to work alone unless you want to.
