What the role will involve

Visiting health and social care premises as part of a small team to observe them in action and talk with patients/residents, their families and carers about what it’s like to use that service or live in that care setting, identifying what works well and what could be improved with some simple changes. Enter & View Volunteers share the information they hear and their observations with us so we can write reports, which are shared with the service provider and NHS and public health leaders.

Taking part in other Community Engagement opportunities, attending public venues or health & wellbeing events, listening to people’s experiences of using local health and social care services and sharing them with us, as well as signposting people to any relevant support services (resources will be provided).
