As a Volunteer Retail Assistant, you’ll be an integral part of our friendly retail team, fully trained and supported to confidently perform tasks across various areas of charity retail. We welcome anyone with or without relevant experience, all we ask is you are an approachable and enthusiastic person, keen to learn and support shop activities.

You’ll gain valuable experience in retail and customer service, as you will receive fully-supported training in everything from processing payments at the till and signing up customers to our Gift Aid scheme to processing stock donations and merchandising the shop floor.

In return, you will become part of an established charity with over 130 years of history supporting children and families.
