NCC Community Hubs – Volunteer Hub Host

Are you friendly, approachable, and passionate about making a different in your community? Our Community Hubs are looking for Volunteer Hub Hosts to help create welcoming spaces for everyone.

What the role involves- You will be the welcoming face of the hub creating a friendly, positive environment from a visitors first contact. You will be able to share knowledge of activities happening within the hub, promoting new events and activities. Using your good people skills, you will assist the collection of quality feedback from visitors about their experiences and feed this back to hub staff.

This role is for Community Hubs based in Cramlington, Haltwhistle or Newbiggin-by-the-sea.

Training and support are provided and whilst no expenses are anticipated, you’ll be making a meaningful impact in your local area.
