Are you passionate about bringing people together and making your community a more vibrant place? Our Community Hubs in Alnwick, Cramlington, Haltwhistle, and Newbiggin are looking for Volunteer Activities Hosts to lead and support engaging activities for local residents.

What the role involves-

As a volunteer Activities Host, you will:

• Lead or assist with activities like table tennis, armchair exercises, chatty cafes, language classes and more. According to your skills and interests.

• Use your own talents – whether it’s arts and crafts, music, gardening, or tech – to create fun and inclusive sessions.

• Encourage participation and help foster a welcoming, community-focused environment.

• Work with hub staff to plan and organise activities.

• Follow safeguarding to plan and health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe space for all.
